If you want to add some senders' e-mail address (or whole domain) to the Blacklist. You can do it this way:
- Open AVG User interface
- From top menu "Tools" select "Advanced settings" option
- Double-click the "Anti-Spam" to expand the tree structure
- Select the "Blacklist" option and then click on the "Edit" button
- Enter the e-mail address (or domain) you want to be blocked - e.g.
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
or just domain.com
- Confirm by clicking on the "OK" button
From now, all e-mails received from the e-mail address (domain) that is "blacklisted", will be ALWAYS marked as SPAM.
If you want to add some senders' e-mail address (or whole domain) to the Whitelist. The procedure is similar as for Blacklist:
- Open AVG User interface
- From top menu "Tools" select "Advanced settings" option
- Double-click the "Anti-Spam" to expand the tree structure
- Select the "Whitelist" option and then click on the "Edit" button
- Enter the e-mail address (or domain) you want to be allowed - e.g.
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
or just domain.com
- Confirm by clicking on the "OK" button
You can also use the "Import" button, which will allow you to import
e-mail addresses from Windows Address Book or Microsoft Office
automatically.
From now, all e-mails received from the e-mail address (domain) that is "whitelisted", will be NEVER marked as SPAM.
